Artists Hazel Hewitt & Helen Knowles ran a series of workshops at Spellow Library, Walton which invited participants to create designs for pavements and walls to rejuvenate and reinvigorate public spaces around the area.
This residency ran in collaboration with Beautiful North (now The Beautiful Ideas Co. CIC), a wide-scale regeneration project that aimed to change attitudes and perceptions of, and in, North Liverpool.
