Christine Toh led two sets of 6 x workshops each at Life Rooms Southport and Bootle in 2022/23. At Life Rooms Bootle she worked with students from the neighbouring Hugh Baird College.
At each venue, Christine taught participants various monoprinting techniques using leaves, flowers and everyday found objects. Experimenting with background composition, colours, layers and stencils. She also demonstrated collage techniques.
Participants created A5 cards, mini prints and booklets to take home at the end of each workshop session. The students from Hugh Baird were able to incorporate the techniques into projects as part of their college studies.
