The statement neckpiece and the supporting jewellery items feature all the colours of the Rainbow. The ‘Rainbow Flag’, known also as the ‘Pride Flag’ has been a symbol of the LGBTQ+ community since 1978, and updated versions with variations in colour combinations represent the spectrum of human sexuality and gender. Including all the colours of the Rainbow within the jewellery represents the diversity of the LGBTQ+ people and allies.
Materials used in the jewellery are Sterling Silver, hallmarked where applicable, with some items being 24ct Gold plated. The Rainbow parts of the jewellery items are handmade lampworked glass; some of the glass components are filled with tiny faceted laboratory grown stones to reflect the light.
