My name is James Kelleher. I live and work in North Wales as a Blacksmith which I have been doing for 10 years now.
I studied Traditional Blacksmithing at Hereford College and since then I have carried on creating Art and functional items in this way. Forging items as it has been done for hundreds of years is humbling and rewarding. This process is so important to me and is integral to my creativity. Nature hugely influences my work especially trees. Much of my inspiration is taken from them, they are all unique and my work reflects this individuality. No two pieces are the same.
My work is predominantly functional but I make them in a way that you would want to display them just as much as you would like to use them.
