I make glowing parchment lighting, printed botanical wallpapers, paper meadow stems and tiny ‘treasures’ all inspired by the beautiful details that I see in nature. I have a precision laser cutting and engraving machine in my studio and I love to experiment with it to create my designs. The laser can engrave away the thinnest layer of paper so I use this in my lamp designs to let more light shine through or in my treasures and stems to create texture and detail.

I live in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire and I spend a lot of time in the woods and meadows with my camera and my wide open eyes taking it all in. The details I see find their way into my designs. The photos find their way into my blogs and my yearly printed nature journal Something I Have Noticed.
