Material: Glass | Location: North West
My practice of glassblowing is fuelled by an interest nature’s subtle details, capturing expressions of growth through use of form, colour and texture. Working with molten glass, I shapes delicate, tactile forms which echo rhythms of the natural world. Often incorporating recycled glass into her pieces, I embrace the unexpected, allowing texture and colour to form organically, mirroring patterns in nature. My work invites close observation, revealing beauty in what is often overlooked.
